Costa Companion provides linguistic and practical accompaniment. We are not lawyers, administrative agents or tax advisers; the information we provide does not constitute legal, tax or medical advice and does not replace a qualified professional.
Sworn interpreter
For proceedings with legal validity (statements before the police or the courts, notarial signings) an official sworn interpreter may be required. We will warn you when this applies: accompaniment does not replace it.
Code of conduct — money
The companion never handles the client’s money: they do not accept cash on your behalf, do not advance payments for your paperwork, and only collect the session fee in cash when the platform allows it (in-person service with the collection recorded in the app).
